View your most recent runs and the status of each related NFIRS report. Those runs that are still in progress sort to the top for quick reference. If the dashboard is being viewed on an interactive screen, click the tracking number to view the run entry in further detail.
Keep track of your shift with the full details. Who’s off, who’s on, shift changes and corrections, all at a glance. The dashboard also makes it easier to monitor how the roster is filled out, helping you catch needed corrections sooner than payday. On an interactive screen, click the roster ID to view further and make changes.
Use the middle elements of the dashboard to get a snapshot of apparatus taken out of service, boxes placed out of service, and important notes placed in the Fire Station News or Duty Roster Shift Note. The Filter by Station lets you know if the dashboard is being tailored to your current station or the full department.
See what inspections are scheduled starting today through the coming week, and track their progress as those inspections are completed.
Make sure scheduled training is not forgotten using the display. Any scheduled training is viewable in the portal starting with today’s training. Also, each training’s current submission status is viewable, allowing your training officer to verify all permanent records are also submitted. No missed training, no missed training records.
